Velopace CC Constitution
Velopace CC Committee
Velopace CC Racing Team
Velopace is a cycling events management company, established in late 2013 by 3 people who have a passion for all things cycling.
The Velopace calendar includes The Spring Classic Sportive, The Warrior Sportive, The Big Dipper Sportive, The Entrée Randonnee and overall management of the Eastbourne Cycling Festival.
As cyclists themselves, the aim is to provide a unique experience at every event and to treat each Velopace rider as an individual.
Affiliated to British Cycling & CTT, the club side of Velopace evolved slowly and was mainly concerned with the youth programme - Velopace Pedal Power - for 6-16 year olds.
However, the parents wanted to get in on the act and so Sunday "no drop" rides started in 2015, and a club tour to Mallorca was arranged for April 2016 and sold out in minutes.
After that, the idea to form a race team came not from Velopace but from its members, and the team will be making their road debut at the Tour of Sussex.
Watch out for the distinctive black & orange kit, and follow their progress on social media.
